i am pregnant on my 9th month and i am terrified from contractions and these things i am always thinking if i can't take period cramps how will i take pregnancy cramps i am so so scared please moms help me tell me how will it be like what will happen how much pain will i feel (natural birth)

i'm not a mom but let me tell you this. You will feel a lot of pain like you're dying. cold sweat, shaking, heart beating so fast you think it'll explode and a lot more.

Just relax when you're in labor and do what the doctor tells you to do. cramps? Do you mean contractions? Don't deal with them. they're a sign that your baby is coming. if you want to lessen them don't clench your muscles or put any pressure on the area of the abdomen and below.

yes this is why i don't want a c-section cause i need to recover quickly to take care of my daughter

the pain is worth it. seeing your baby's face for the first time it's just something you can't describe in words.

Your contractions will feel like your on your period like period cramps but 10x worst. In that time breathe.. If your body tells you to push well push. Giving birth feels like your vagina just ate chilli and it will be on fire. Like putting heat cream up there. When the baby comes out all that pain will all go.

Epidural will help for the pain. if you can't handle it. I had natural birth, no epidural. 3 hours in labor which is very quick (apparently). Think of holding the little one in your arms when you have finished. You will be ok

A friend of mine tried Hypnobirthing and said it worked great.
Epidural is also an option.
Try to relax as much as possible as tension makes contractions worse.

Everything will be OK! Just relax and don't strain yourself of thinking about it with a negative way. You will love the experience so much when you see your baby for the first time.

Hmmm probably should've opted for a C-section. just saying if you don't like pain and a lot of pain there shall be. Think happy thoughts bc it's coming out one way or the other.

yes but the c-section doesn't cure easily and i'd rather take pain and get cured and take care of my daughter because c-section takes around 6 month until you can move and carry stuff and you know i need to take care of my daughter so i'll take pain for her

Then why are you complaining? And you can move things as long as you keep it light or to the weight of the baby... And you'd rather risk epidural not working, stress, incontinence and episiotomy, go for it.

Sounds like complaining. One minute it's "oh can't take the pain" but it's childbirth so there's going to be pain. Then it's "I'll take pain for my daughter." Make up your mind, I understand being scared but there really isn't room for contradiction in your last bit of your trimester. There's no quick fix or recovery for child birth either because the body is going to do what it wants to do. So relax and keep calm.

Not bothering me or I wouldn't have answered. So I'm chill but I'm more of the fact checker tell you what could happen. I already said there's nothing you can be scared about since you obviously can't turn back. Just think happy healthy thoughts, that's really all you pretty much can do.
