Which one of these stem vegetables are your favorite?

Asparagus, Celtuce

Kohlrabi, Samphire

Nopal, Cardoon

Bamboo, Fiddlehead Fern

I haven't heard of half the veggies you listed! I chose asparagus because I do like it even though its been a really long time since I've eaten them. my favorite veggies are kale and other dark greens. I juice celery a lot but I hate the taste of it to be honest

I like herb celery for soups, but actual celery is disgusting. I picked bamboo, because out if all them, it's the only thing I wouldn't mind eating if forced too.
