What's Your Favorite Vegetable?

I got many but spaghetti squash is one of my favorites. It is a squash that kinda looks like, well, spaghetti. Here's a picture of it.

It's actually kind of funny how many fruits there are in that picture. lol But jeez, I don't think I can pick one! There's so many good ones! 😨 I suppose it's whatever suits my mood at any given time!

But, in no particular order, some veggies I like are: potatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, celeriac, beets, rutabaga, broccoli, cauliflower, Romanesco, rapini, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, lettuce, arugula, endive, radish, asparagus, kale, leek, Swiss chard, bok choy, sweet potatoes, parsnips, etc.

Other "vegetables" that are not vegetables (they're fruits) that I like are: tomato, avocado, corn, peppers/capsicums (hot and sweet), olives (yes, they're a fruit!), cucumber, zucchini, winter squash, eggplant/courgette, pumpkin, etc.

As you can see, I love so many different kinds! Please don't make me choose! 😂

I don't have a favorite vegetable. I love them all except for asparagus and beets. Asparagus makes me think I'm eating thick grass and beets turns my pee red and scares the hell out of me
