Why are in shape girls/guys always attractive?

Always when i see a girl with fitness body she always hot and her face too why?

Is it the same with guys, like if a guy is muscular/in shape is he hot?

Ummm they aren't...

They're usually only decent looking in the face, but you probably overlook it because their body makes up for it

All of those girls have very average looking faces.. if they were not in shape you'd probably think they looked average, but I think your mind might trick you a little bit to think their faces look good since their bodies look great.

Honestly no. I don't mind the nice muscle and lean build and all, but there is SO such thing as too much... Most guys over do it to the point that it is almost gross. So nah. Not all in shape people are Beautiful. And most girls are healthier with a little more fat on them, that's what nature intended (not that I'm one to talk, I'm a stick figure)

I don't find all in shape guys attractive. to me its about a combination of face, style, demeanor and body
