Is my nose screwed up?

So, about a week ago... I had a sharp pain in my nose that pretty much bothered me all day. But after that one day, I was basically fine. Then everyday since then, those weird cartilage blobs that sit in the front between my two nasal cavities have been really wobbly, I can shift them around a lot easier than normal with my fingers. Also, my nose gets really runny from time to time... Is my nose screwed up? Should I have it reconstructed by a plastic surgeon? Will I ever be whole again? Help?

No I really don't think you need surgery.
I think you have had some sort of virus that has caused the pain and runny nose.
Becuase of the pain in your nose, you then started poking about and feeling it and over analising.

Now I bet you have never felt that part of your nose on an ongoing basis to know what it feels like at different times throughout the year.
You probably didn't know what it felt like it the first place.

Plus the cartilage is really malliable and it is normaly and naturally really wobbly!! ( I just wobbled mine to double check, it is bendy and can move a lot from side to side, the top of my nose hurts a little now I wobbled it!!) , Leave it be. Forget about it.

And in a few weeks you will realise there is no change or anything wrong.
If you are that worried, don't see a plastic surgeon, they will say hey you don't like how your nose feels we can change that for you! And while we are here... They just love a client who is worried about something as they are more persuasive to part with their money!!
Go and see a doctor if your that bothered!
And leave that wobbly thing alone you might bend it funny or cause more pain in your nose!

Well to be honest 90% of my question was sarcasm, but you're right about it not really being a big deal. It doesn't really hurt at all anymore and the cartilage isn't as wobbly as it was (it was actually a whole lot more wonky than usual). Thanks for giving me a serious answer (-:
