Should I go to the doctor? Boyfriend went into wrong hole... pain and can't walk without cramping up?

This was a complete accident. I had never done anal, so it hurt... like hell. I screamed in agony, started sobbing and just passed out in his arms. Apparently, I really scared him, but I was in sever pain. I was even bleeding the next day :/ I'm still in a lot of pain and was wondering if I should go to the doctor?

A blunt object forced up there would cause a lot of damage, right? It feels like it... I'm scared to go to the bathroom. What if where it was bleeding gets infected or something?

A penis might be the softest, least damaging thing of that size and shape to get rammed up a pooper. So that's good. But the muscles and skin and such probably tore quite a lot. The same thing can happen if you aren't used to eating grandma's cooking and the dump that followed is the size of a ferret, and much less smooth and soft than a penis. Which is how I know anything about your situation.

The tearing will heal up best if you can keep your stool soft for at least a week. I suggest a liquid diet or a diet with lots of fiber. Don't you dare avoid pooping. If you feel you need to go, do it right away. Keep your bowel movements as small as possible, don't give it a chance to get backed up and thicker.

But the cramps sound like something more than just tearing might have happened. If it were me I'd wait a couple of days and see if it goes away on its own. But I'm not a doctor.

In the absence of a fever you're gonna be ok. Some bleeding is to be expected (even a hard poop coming out will cause that). Take a bath in a tub of very warm water and sit there for an hour. Do this as often as necessary to relieve pain. The heat an moisture should releave the spasming pains.
OTOH at the first sign of a fever, get in to see a doctor (emerg room if necessary).

I'll try a warm salt water bath to clean it :/ Hopefully, that helps the muscles calm down and disinfects it.

Good idea. Not too much salt or it will burn like brine. A firm penis with a spongy tip is just not rigid rigid enough to perforate your rectum. But the sudden forceful penetration of the anus can sure cause sphincter spasm and some soft tissue bleeding (like hemorroid bleeding).

If the pain is that severe, it's likely that you're pretty torn up. The anus is full of bacteria and you could get a serious infection. You should go to the doctor ASAP.
