I don't wash my hair everyday because technically it can cause damage and dry out the folicles, it especially messes with my hair since it's thick and curly. Instead, I make sure to wash my body once in the morning and once at night.

Once a day. I didn't know people showered twice a day, seems like a waste to me since you're not getting dirty at night, so why would you shower again in the morning?

I shower every single morning and every single night if I've worked or exercised. I don't lollygag in the shower for hours or anything as I try to be mindful about my water use, but yeah, I value good personal hygiene.
