Do I look like a junkie?

I've been told this a fair amount of times. Either questioned if i have been using anything, or that something looks ''off'' about me.
I have trouble sleeping quite a lot during the last 4,5 years, so my eyes have slightly red cyrcles under them a lot of days. Plus, i don't see much sun, since the weather around where i live is cloudy and rainy most of the year, so i'm kinda pale.
So, anwer honestly please. Do i look like a Junkie or kinda Worn off?

You kinda do a little bit. It's not really just your eyes though. Moreso the lack of neatness. I'd recommend cutting your hair and having a clean shave.

You don't look like you do meth or anything like heroin, but I'd suspect that you drank, smoked weed, did pills, or maybe tried cocaine a couple of times or so.

Then again I know people who pop pills and do cocaine all the time and you can't tell at all so there's that, but like I said it's mostly the hair.

Just for the record, i never used anything besides some sleeping pills before bedtime. But really, thanks (Thank you all actually). I'll get cut the hair soon enough.

Not a junkie. I know junkies and you look well off compared to them. You need some d... Vitamin D, so sleep and eat some almonds. You do not look stable, just not junkie level. Junkies aren't even put together and always look fucking sweaty.

I used to have sleeping problems. I used to walk very briskly in the evenings. Also I ate late that kicked in my digestive system and made me sleepy. Keeping away from coffee helped. Watched late night movies helped my sleep. Just got into a routine. Suddenly I was getting more sleep. Talking to friends helped. Weather didn't have an effect. Eating healthy helps & exercising just 15 mins & gradually building up to 30 mins a day gives an added boost mentally & physically.
Being around people even at shopping centres, local streets, local transport helps.
Self belief, self confidence & self esteem will gradually kick in.
