How to get flexible legs fast?

i want flexibles thighs/legs again is there any exercises that i can do that help

You can't get flexible fast because becoming flexible takes time. If you push yourself too far, or lift your leg too high, then you might really hurt yourself.

I think it's better to do daily stretches. You'll gradually become more flexible that way!

Running. Deep squating. A kicking based martial arts class. Dance. Regular stretching and walking helps too

You really want better range of motion of your hips. You should google "hip mobility exercises". That will give you a lot of resources

stretch a lot and practice splits. yoga helps too.
