How can I replace my meals with vitamins?

Please read the details before replying with something stupid. And don't say "That's unhealthy" because I have a medical reason why I need to do it.

So lately, I've noticed that I can't eat anything without having abdominal pain. Yesterday was the worst... It was on my right side and it spread to my back. Then it was on the left side.

Even when I eat salads, fruits, and veggies and drink water this happens.

So how can I replace my meals with vitamins?
