I do it for a number of reasons, health actually being at the bottom of the list. Weight lifting I do to look good and it acts as a confidence booster. I don't take much pleasure in it and try to spend as little time doing it as possible. Cardio is an obsession of mine, it's calming and somewhat like meditation. Just zone out and go. I'm apart of a cross country biking club and cover 45k twice a week every Monday and Thursday. When the weather permits I also spend allot of time cross country running. Spending 3+ hours doing cardio is not uncommon for me.

I do it to stay fit and healthy and attract the opposite gender but its also nice to look intimidating and have people thinking twice about messing with you .
I also do it when I'm under a lot of stress because its the ultimate stress reliever and anti-depressant
I was athletic in high school, then not so much after college. Now, I fight my self to go into a gym to work out. Actually, I gained about 20pds last year because I hated going, lacked discipline, and was always stressed. Being very flexible during sex, having frequent bowl movements, and enjoying team comradeship were my greatest motivations.
my vote is A. I want to be able to look took and feel healthy. when I don't gym I feel so..unfufilled and lazy. I gym five times a week and love it to bits. I want to take the best care of my body as I can.. and still be able to have an ice cream here and there..

Capoeira. I love the feeling it gives me, the sense of balance and strength. I also like dancing around like a monkey. Kidding, but seriously, I love this martial art, and it's a huge reason why I continue. As for other exercises I do, I do them to preserve my health and so I can look good in pants. ;)
To look good mostly, and be healthy second. For me, the best part of being healthy is feeling good. You should always get that feel good feeling from working out wether it be people checking you out or feeling that runners "high".I know I'm not going to live forever and no matter what anybody does most people aren't going to live past 80-90, So, if my health starts to go I'm not going to stress out about it.
I exercise to be healthy, and above all to avoid depression. Exercise activates the endorphins (our natural pain-killers) and is more effective than taking anti-depressants.
I would never want to intimidate anyone. I like to look strong ang fit but I want to be someone people want to phuk, not run away from!
To stay as fit as I can, I use to be chubby when I was younger and started dieting at a young age. I find exercising has helped me a lot. I am a lot fitter then I was before, stronger. I can eat more then I could before and stay at a smaller weight. Just because your thin doesn't mean your in shape, and I had some fat to burn so that's why I work out and still do. And also makes me feel good after I work out.
It's hard for me to start after I've takin a few days off but once I get back into working out it's addicting. It makes me feel more energized and happy. I do it number one because I play sports and want to keep up my body and improve. Number two I wanna look Hott! I pick something aside from my athletic goals to work on. I'm right now workin to wear a bikini and look good for my sr prom
I don't exercise nearly as often as I should, but when I do, it's because it just puts me in a better mood. Working out is incredibly good for your mental health as well as physical, and that's why I like it.
my reasons to exercise is mainly to be fit & healthy, to look good, and to just be more active. I can be lazy sometimes and if I stop exercising, I'd start feeling lethargic and just not feel like doing anything except to eat and sleep. heh
i said attract the opposite sex, but its actually to make myself feel happy too. I'm not always healthy, as in eating, so I didn't say choice a. but its mainly to make myself look good for myself. and for other people too.
I overall just feel like I have so much more energy when I'm exercising on a regular basis. When I feel good, eventually I start looking better from being toned, and guys notice.
I exercise because it makes me feel goo, it relaxes me. It makes me look good (being 5-11 220), helps with my job, and I know it's gonna extend my life... Exercise is a wonderful thing!

Being fit and healthy is very important, but I want to be able to attract the ladies as best as I could also! lol
Its mostly to be attracitve but its also to keep myself healthy and be able to compete physically, whether it be in mixed martial arts, or running a marathon.
I just want to tone up, loose weight, relieve stress, stay healthy, in hope that'll attract the opposite sex =]

But if no matter how hard I worked out, I could achieve only A and not C, I probably wouldn't work so hard at it.
I have a hard time exercising.. The only exercise I get through out the day es walking and playing tag with my lil' brothers.
I was a fatty when I was younger - now I am a little fluffy. I want to be very toned and I work my ass off to get to that.
My option isn't there.

I exercise for my own long-term health and well-being.
There's a number of reasons why I exercise. number one is to get better in my passion. Number two is for health, and I tried exercising toattract the opposite sex but it wasn't much of a motivator lol!
I like the way I look right now, so I control what I eat and do as much exercise as nessccsary to remain the way I am.
TO be honest, I do for all the first 3 reasons
