I brush in the morning and at night I floss. Sometimes I do it after a meal if I feel like my teeth are nasty.

Recommended is twice a day, no more. More tends to cause erosion and gum damage.

not that I personally care but science shows that the most important time to brush is before you go to bed. cavities and tooth decay are brought on by lactic acid that comes from food. during the day, or when you're awake your swallowing, eating and drinking so that acid is continuously being flushed from your mouth but at night the acid just sits and breaks down your teeth...

... just some food for thought. it's something I learned last year and have made an effort to brush nightly... I like you used to only brush in mornings
