To point. There are only two piss that will do anything for weight loss. One - Is fiber pills. Like 'Lipozine', its all fiber. It cleans out you colon and makes you feel fuller. You can have up to 25 extra pounds gooped up in your colon. Metamucil will do the same thing. And Two - Is caffeine. Its not super healthy, but it'll up your metabolism a fair amount. Use it all the time, except when doing cardio.

The best thing on Earth is Ephedra. If you can find it. The FDA banned it because it worked so well, and they couldn't tax it. With ephedra I lost 65lbs of pure fat, and put on 33lbs of pure muscle, all within 15 months.

Anything else is a lie. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A LIE!
