What pain reliever works best?

I get really sick on my period. Bad cramps and bleeding. Most months I'm out the first 2 days. Nothing seems to help. What has helped you?

Some ibuprofen works for me, and then once it kicks in, I would exercise a little... That helps the cramping stop sooner. I feel for ya... Hang in there!

I take advil. The trick is to take it BEFORE the pain starts and it works like magic.
Once you feel the pains about to come take advil.
