Health probleme: Teeth decay?

I'm 23 and I have my first tooth decay last and now I have an other one!😓. I'm so scared to loose one of, my teeth and I'm ashamed to have dental probleme at my age. I hate too much sugar for the last 2 years because I've been depressed and I used food to confort, myself.

I've had a bunch of cavities over the years for who knows what reason. I suspect that half were legitimate from eating shitty food/drinking soda and the other half came from a new dentist opening up his practice near my house and needing to pay off debts (prick).

No need to be ashamed, just start taking better care of your teeth (brushing, flossing, rinsing)

Only takes 5 or so minutes out of your day to do it properly, and it will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Eating sugar is not the problem but not cleaning your teeth after eating sugar is the problem. Unfortunately some people are more susceptible to tooth decay. Either you can chew some sugar free chewing gum every time you eat sweets to get rid of some of the food stuck in your teeth or brush your teeth every time you eat sweets which is the best. You can also use an anticavity mouthwash regularly about once a week. These mouth wash contain fluoride.

It is probably not related to your hygiene.
Probably genetics.
You are really past most of this.
future decays are always a possibility, but not necessarily a probability.
You should have regular dental check ups that include cleaning.
I don't floss as often as I should, but some people don't at all.
Remember to floss, if possible every night before bed.

as a tween I ate tons of sweets and had a bunch if cavities. :/ I take much better care of my teeth now, but the ones with fillings are sensitive. :(

No I really took good care of my teeth when I was younger but since I'm in college I eat a, bunch, of crap and I had my first decay last year and now I have a, new one. I know it's because of processed food and sweets. I have to, get myself, together

Okay, I was just asking because if your baby teeth aren't taken care of your permanent teeth will give you more problems and will chip and break easier.
