Hm, I'm 16, but I weigh about 59 kilograms. Weird.
Try to avoid drinking carbonated drinks. And also avoid foods with fats and lots of carbons. Search in the net for more diet foods if you want.
Hm, well I don't know any diet foods either. But just try to avoid eating too much carbs and fats. :)
Try finding a sport you are interested in. Baseball has some positions that are almost always working such as catcher, pitcher, or outfield.
At you're age it's better to just start by being more active. Work out, play sports etc...
Also cut all the junk food out like snacks and candy etc...
Please don't diet at this age. You are just 16. Eat what you feel like and burn the calories in exercise and sports.
Don't measure yourself by the clothes you own. If they don't fit you, buy new ones.
May be u need to get a stylist rather than dietician lol
