I've found exercise has helped me with the pain I don't know if it is true for everyone but it works for me but if the pain is so bad you can't exercise try pain killers and a heating pad
Have you tried Midol or Pamprin? I know some girls put a warm towel on their abdomen.
Hot water bottle, pain killers, keep yourself warm. If possilble try to fall asleep as it helps to soothe your body.
