And I wanna get lost 20kg in 4months , do you think can I?
I will go to the U. S. on may2015 , I will have to do it.
Everyone has different tastes in women. But when it comes to losing weight...
20 kgs in 4 months is doable but not exactly healthy. 1kg per week is the average healthy weight lost. It depends from person to person.
-Eat protein every 3 hours or so - they boost up metabolism and prevent hunger pangs. Lean protein is the best, such as chicken and fish, but you can opt for nuts as well
-Drink green tea - studies show that green tea can also boost metabolism a little!
-Chew gum - can prevent hunger pangs and reduce stress
-Restrict calories (don't go below 1200 per day, that's unhealthy)
-Exercise
-Do muscle training - while muscle weighs more per inch than fat, when you build up muscle fat is burned quicker, and it can make you LOOK slimmer
-Don't rely on the scales too much - they can be unreliable because we eat constantly and body mass is something that can go up and down all the time. Measure your hips and waist instead.
Personally, I only exercise for one or one and a half hours a few times per week. I don't restrict my food intake because I know that if I do when I start eating normally again I might not cope with it. It's good to take everything slowly and steadily. Being healthy is the most important thing.
I am ow but I have been working on how to lose it since last year. All I can say is, as you work to get in shape work on yourself, meaning: love yourself, work on your self steem because you can lose all the weight you like but if you dont show people you are worthy nothing is going to change.
I personally don't like chubby girls, I know it's kind off double since I myself am sort of chubby too but I'm working on it and I've dropped a few pounds.
If I can give you one tip is don't over do it. You want to lose 5kg a month, that is a lot and it takes a lot of work. You have to set a goal for yourself that is do-able. If you set these high standards that you can't live up too you'll only get disapointed. For instance, I myself am on a program where I am set to lose +/- 0.5 kg a week. I don't have to be strict with my diet and that is why I can live up to it. I tried going hardcore like: "I'm going to lose 1kg a week, go running 4 times a week" etc. but I know I'm to lazy to keep doing this on the long term.
Basically if you want to get in shape, pick a program that works for you because if you are going to keep up with a program for only two weeks it has no use. And besides, it is all about the long term right?
Being overweight is indicative of an unhealthy lifestyle which translates to unhealthy offspring hence the lack of attraction.
@Piploy01 life's a bitch, ain't it. But OP, at least you're not a complete cunt (personality wise). You can loose weight, but you can't change personality.
So even if nobody wants you NOW, that can be changed. Take on a healthy lifestyle with 3-5 proper and healthy meals a day in a steady rythm, and get out to work out 3 times a week. I'm pretty dang sure you'll see results within a couple months.
And the increase in confidence from knowing you become more and more atractive as you get closer to a "normal" weight is REALLY sexy. Guys like confident girls who's secure in her own body.
But don't worry if you turn out a little curvy. Some guys like it, others don't. The split is about 50/50 so in the end it does not matter if you're curvy in a healthy way or if you're just thin.

Quick run through: Avoid junk processed carbs/sugar (sodas, ice cream, white bread/rice, fries, etc.), eat more protein/fiber (veggies/fruits), and be in a caloric deficit (count your calories!). Doing some resistance/weight training with cardio will also help you shed that fat.
Work-out daily, stop eating fried foods... eat healthy, go for jogging, cycling, etc any outdoor activity that will burn your calories.. The best way to stay fit is to play soccer- 60-90 min games.. Excellent!! But that is not for you, hard luck!!!
Guys dont like chubby fat girls neither do they like thin zero-figure girls.., well balanced!!!
In US, trust me physical appearance is very important!!! Relax , if you want to lose weight surely you'll lose it!!!
20 kg in 4 months i hard, if not impossible and will certainly not be healthy for you unless you are super overweight. However if you want to lose weight fast you need to do 2 things, clean up your diet and exercise!
I recommend HIIT as it's the fastest and best way to burn fat without spending hours on a treadmill, as for the diet you can do what suits you as long as you are eating ~500 calories under your maintenance calories.
It really depends on how overweight is overweight, and where it gets distributed along the body.
Well that's a bit of a Schrödinger's Cat, because that could be anything.
Depends on what you count as chubby/overweight. For some people chubby means having 10 pounds too much, and for others it means practically obese.
mainly because its not attractive, tell me what part of a lard tub looks attractive? that may be a blunt way to put it but your kind has been shooting down skinny girls very often recently, so i've got plenty of f***s to give.
here's a little bit of constructive criticism, liposuction may be very effective but it hurts like hell for weeks to months, the skin has to regenerate to compact which also takes time, and at the same time the fat removed are actually fat cells, so the body will have to generate more empty fat cells across the affected regions, and during this healing and recuperation period the most vulnerable time for someone to gain weight because of a severe lack of fat cells to temporarily store energy, the best way to lose weight is still to diet and exercise since it helps tone muscles, burn fat without destroying fat cells and fixes the loose skin naturally.
sry about my earlier statement, that was harsh, i've just been getting irritated by the recent trending questions, in my opinion you should just have a balanced healthy diet and exercise often (try to burn 1000 calories per session to start with), liposuction is overrated and far too expensive anyway..
what do you mean by "Yoyo effect" ?
The only reason I hate chubby girls is that they are not aware of their health.
Well I'm sorry to use it. 'Hate' is such a pathetic word. I should have used 'dislike'.
At least they can rectify their shape so being chubby is not a big problem. Good luck :)
You can be chubby and still be very healthy, just like you can be skinny and very unhealthy. Being fat or obese is of course an indicator of an unhealthy lifestyle, but being chubby/curvy is not.
@ShaeNielson - OMG! I'm sorry (chubby) girls.
curvy is a healthy thing BUT we all know Curvy ≠ Chubby.
Well I'd say this girl is chubby, but she doesn't look unhealthy -27.media.tumblr.com/...l7f6a2WFuN1qcq8h5o1_500.jpg
@ShaeNielson - oh come on she's special case.
... Not really she isn't. Chubby doesn't mean fat, it just means she is not a size 6.
@ShaeNielson - okay I give up. I accept my sins.
Long live chubby girls.
That's not what I said, quit being a pussy. All I am saying is that chubby doesn't equal obese.
Surprisingly harsh comment from an intelligent young man my friend. Hate is hurtful. surely you could have phrased your opinion with positive reinforcement and empathy rather than hurtful negativity. How about saying excess weight is detrimental to your health so it's great you have set yourself a target.
@ShaeNielson - what should I say now?
@openhearted65 - I think I have right to share my options openly. I immediately apologised for including the word 'hate' & I rectified it with 'dislike' in my earlier comment.
The only motto of my comment was to increase the self awareness among people but they took it in wrong way. So sad :(
No problem my friend. just don't be so hasty because once the words are out they tend to stick regardless of apologies and retractions
@openhearted65 - thanks man, wish these girls could understand me.
I honestly think you should just stop talking, you are clearly not in a place, where you mentally are able to discuss :)
@ShaeNielson - no I'm not ashamed enough. I'm the one with progressive thinking. I learn from my own mistakes. I've perfectly functioning mentally. Thanks for your advice tho.
Mentality*
Oh okay, you can't defend your opinion or argue properly, so you are going to attack my spelling? Nice ;)
@ShaeNielson - I was rectifying my own spelling. I have no problem with you. (unlike you) I'm not here to forcibly prove others wrong.
Asker - sorry for pissing you off, I won't reply again (until it's necessary). Merry Christmas :)
Yea, I realized that after but then I didn't feel like writing here again. Anyways, I don't think this is going anywhere, so let's just end it. Merry Christmas :)
Yep, guys don't like overweight girls. You can blame natural selection and mother nature.
@chocolateismylover I saw a phat little Muslim cutie at ma college and all I gotta say is Daaaayum! 😍😍😍
Dude , I'm not phat ^
As long as she is hot in bed, being a bit overweight nor skinny won't matter to me
I am responding to your tittle question , if u are determined to lose Weight , do that with healthy and happy way , may be just some sports that u love
Because I just find curves sexy
You don't look overweight at all. You look average
I'm telling you, you are average. If you think you are overweight, you have a body image problem, and need to see a therapist
Are you kidding me?
You're not fat. Like I said, you need to see a therapist about body image
Chubby or fat? Because chubby girls can get guys.
