I actually could do that back when I was doing my military training under my father ( since he is active military ), It took me roughly a half a month to a month to reach that. Now I can only do about 50 pushups in a row, until I start training again next week. Though honestly unless the girl is a fitness person like us or actually wants to see us do it, they won't be to impressed, though I don't train to show off, I train to be the best possible version of there can be.

That's impressive I guess, if you jumped down in front of a girl and started doing them though, I think she'd be gone by ten.
Physically they generally want to see the muscles not the boring crap you did to get them.

You'll never be happy no matter how many people validate you until you learn to validate yourself. Cliche and sounds like some Barney and friends shit, but it's true.

You can't love others until you love yourself. You will never be happy until you're happy with yourself. True happiness comes from within. Impressing others or getting their validation is just temporary.
