Assuming it's not "comfort food", as in emotionally connected, then it's a blood sugar imbalance.
Space your meals out evenly. Add more meals but cut all the individual portion sizes with the same spacing between meals still gives cravings. After you eat planned meals for awhile it becomes habit.
The content of the meals is important of course, as well as the portions. If you don't know already look up "glycemic index" and you'll get an idea how the food you are eating is affecting blood sugar balance.

you gotta do some activity that takes your craving away. its funny like when I get a craving but im not even hungry I just ride my motorcycle for a few hours and im never hungry during that time, then I actually do get hungry and I can then eat because I need the food lol.

I'm a binge watcher. There's no problem with binging, and long as you remain active as well. You can't just eat and eat but not be active afterward. That's how people get fat
