How do I start eating healthy? Because I have never done that in my life.

But losing weight and toning ur body, there is no such thing as a fast way, it takes time to progress
Leg work outs, back work outs for lowering body fat and toning
Add a little bit of arm and shoulder to ur mix and resting days to tone a bit and add detail
With weight loss, "fast" and "healthily" are very rarely the same thing. At 99 lbs you're already on the very low end of the healthy weight spectrum and can't really afford to lose anymore for health's sake.
You are already thin enough. What you need is to learn to be happy with your own body. Eating healthy is far more important than being thin. You can have a great looking and healthy body and weigh 110lbs. You can also be all bones and severely unhealthy at 95lbs. Most people would prefer the one that looks good and lives a healthy lifestyle.
99 is the minimium for your length. Going lower is no longer healthy. A healthy weigth for your length is 105 to 115. See that you get muscle and not fat and then your body will look OK even more heavy.

First 5lbs to 8lbs is really water weight which comes off quickly. If that's your goal, you can do that in a week or so. However, with liquid intake, it can come back. I found that a plant based diet (vegetarian/vegan) has been best for me to control weight and feel better in general. You need to decide if that's best for you or not.
You look quite good... and curvy.. so please don't loose your weight..
Try cardio. It like the healthiest way
