What wrong with me am I dieing?

due to lack of stomach bug for 2 weeks i havnt returned normal everything i eat now go threw me so quick which poopin and pee a lot im 27 years old I don't know if i ruined my body or not but my right side always hurts i get overheated and dizzy im trying fight this with a doctor cuasei hate doctors i dont know if my body went into starvation mod or have bad IBS which i was disnoisaed all i know is all my size clothes are extmering baggy my boobs went down my but im overheated my hips are gone my feet are boney i look horrblie i have horrblie smell gas and poop... please help before i crawl in a ball and die

Maybe try chocolate milk? Sounds dumb but the milk has most everything as far as nutrients to grow your body back and the sugary chocolate in it helps your body absorb it. Also maybe crackers and/or granola bars are pretty good at being absorbed into the body. But consider the E. R. I know it sucks, I hate doctors too but they could get an IV for you and stabilize you until they could figure out what to give you to jump start your digestive system

I'd say go to your primary physician or better yet, the ER. It may be nothing but it could turn into something because you ignored it. Im sure you'll be fine :)
