What is your opinion on braces?

I'm getting them anyways, so if you say something bad , I wouldn't necessarily care.
I'm 14 and hope to get them off before I go away.. to college.

What is your opinion.. I'm just wondering, don't answer if you're going to judge me for wanting to know your opinions.

Anything i should know before getting them on?

i have braces. it might hurt every after monthly adjustment for like 3 days, you'll get blisters and eating will be super difficult when you just newly gotten them that will last a week! also 50% of what you've just eaten will be stuck between braces. im just kidding maybe 5% of it so you'll need to bring toothbrush with you everywhere you go or interdental brushes. you'll need to a lot extra time to clean it thoroughly and all. you'll get used to it over time and blisters will stop from appearing.

I'm getting invisaligns in a couple weeks because my teeth aren't that bad but got moved around because of my wisdom teeth. Braces aren't bad and you'll look that much more fabulous when you get them off!

Never had them. I am not a fan of seeing them but it's not a big deal. The person needs them for their health. I see health to be more important than looking more attractive.

I think they are fine. I understand they are only temporary and your teeth will look amazing afterwards. No big deal.

They're fine. Men don't really care about that. Especially if you're under 18

I had braces. Ask for the rubber band colors. You'll be fine. Then you can usually get a designer retainer or color. Just makes it more enjoyable

I think they can be cute. I dated a girl with braces. They will most likely come off before college.

personally im not attracted to them... sorry
