What else can I do to tone my arms?

I do a bicep curl/lat pulldown combination with dumbells.. Right now at 15lbs. I do chest press with 15lbs and a triceps exercise (one dumbells behind the neck and raise with both arms). I also do weighted squats with 30lbs. My muscles are developing and I can feel them but what else can I do to make them more visible.. I do cardio on the elliptical as well.
What else can I do to tone my arms?
