How To Get Rid Of Thigh Muscles?

I want to slim down my legs and get rid of the muscles. 've been feeling very insecure about them lately. :(

I've been searching A LOT of videos on YouTube lately and everyone says something different!

Don't shortchange thigh muscles, I was admiring how muscular a woman thighs were the other day and while I was already getting tuned on she started rubbing them in long full strokes as if she were trying to relive lactic acid build up after exercising. Watching that was so hot I almost relieved myself with a few sorts if hot come. If I could have caught up with her in line, I would have told her what a turn on she was with such muscular thighs- if she seemed complimented by that I would have probably gone on to say, "when you were stroking them it took all the willpower I had to not jerk right there.

First of, it's all in your head that everyone want girls to have small thighs, not only my personal opinion, there are a lot of surveys backing my claim up. Sure, not everyone likes it, but the majority of guys go crazy for a pair of juicy thighs.

That being said, doing really high reps of excersises really often that target the muscle should 'help'. This does NOT work for fat though, only muscle.

If it is in your genetic structure, don't even try. Learn to live with it and be happy. Most girls spend a lot of money and time in the gym to get such legs. You get them for free. Accept the gift from nature.

I personally dislike thin thighs. They looks weird and give the impression that they haven't exercised a day in their life.
