try to drink 8 glasses of water per day and for better results, add some lemon in it. what works best for me is to drink a glass of water the moment i wake up every morning. hope i helped :)of course you don't lose weight, ghosh there's no secret trick. So many people are asking how to lose weight, you need to WORKOUT!
Stop eating sugar, fats. Eat less, have 8 small meals over a day, healthy meals, vegetables, some meat in 1 launch.
You need to workout high intensity, also water speed up metabolism drink a lot of water at least 2l - 3l a day...do you eat sweets? if yes avoid them
