Why do I look like I'm getting in shape, but my weight is still the same number?

I've been working out for 2 months, my performance is much better, I'm drinking a gallon of water a day and sometimes 2. I'm eating healthy, steamed meat and vegetables.

I run, walk, and jog 6 miles every single day sometimes before doing weights or after doing weights depending on which body parts I work in the gym (free weights and body weight only.

My performance has improved, my body is changing but my weight still has the same number I started out with.
