Actually I've got a nice fit body & i have the 4 upper abs but unfortunately idon't have the lower abs & I've trained so hard to get those lower to showed up but never works so what's the solution?
Find a pull-up bar and hang from it. Then lift your legs out in front of you until you make an L shape. Leg lifts are great for lower abs and exclusively use those particular muscles to lift the legs. Remember sit-ups and crunches work the upper abs, planks work the entire abs group, and leg lifts or any variation of leg raising works out the lower abs.

ridiculous low body fat...
depending on genetics some times the lower abs dont have the same pop so you have to cut the BF% low for them to come out

leg raises. lie on your back with your legs straight and raise your legs.
