
How do you get abs?

If your looking for abs in specific cardio is essential with some weight & specific training focusing on abdominal muscles.
Not a expert expert but I do have expert1.5 knowledge.
My suggestion is just feel healthy. Society is very cut throat. If your doing something it usually has to have money or culture involved.
So ya feel healthy be healthy. If you have a 2 hour workout session skip 1/2 hour for a month every year and focus on nutrition & health. Water intake, food intake. Skills regarding food such as cooking, maybe plan on getting a bike so you can skip 1/2 hour gym and get yourself a cart and stack it with food & then you can take that home.
Feeling healthy comes from within. It’s more then just a bike ride for exercise, it’s less work to learn how to fix a car, it’s easier on environment, it’s a scenic vision. It’s effort that you hopefully put that will not only inspire but that will make you proud. 🫡😊😊😊😊😊
You have to put in the work, you already have a six pack but it takes a lot of work to strengthen and grow your abdominal muscles and reduce your bodyfat to the point where they are visible all the time.
Abs are also a incredibly resilient muscle on top of that they have one of the highest recovery rates of any muscle in the body. So you can work them to death every day and they'll be ready by the next day.
If you want a six pack you need to do ab exercises/workouts to strength them and make them more defined and work out and eat properly to reduce your overall bodyfat percentage so that'll actually be visible in the first place. Genetics also will play a part in all this as well.
I don’t have the six pack but I have the 11 😂. I did the Chloe Ting ab workout 🏋️♀️ for two weeks straight and voila, with strict diet and exercise, I got the 11… It is super hard to get visible packs. Did the standing, crunches, hiit workouts to achieve it but I’m fine with whatever I have as long as I can wear crop tops without looking like Winnie. 🤣
Pilates works very well and is not too difficult in comparison to other forms of exercise. You could probably buy a DVD or blu ray tape of the work out for under $25.00 and it’s a lot cheaper than a trainer and only requires 20 minutes a day.

I don't know, I'm in the same boat as you. Flat stomach and I'm incredibly active. I'm a dance instructor so I'm dancing and moving on a daily basis. I also work out in the gym and do ab exercises and eat a healthy diet. I'll show a bit of outline after I get back from the gym but it goes away. I can't even get past the flat stomach stage and into the abs stage. If you find the cure let me know haha.
Abs, minus the few people genetically designed to have them, are not a healthy goal. Literally any health and fitness person who does there research knows that your body is DESIGNED to have fat and to get abs you have to lower it to dangerous levels. Operate at a calorie deficit, get to a healthy weight, done. Opposite end of the spectrum no despite what's trendy you're not healthy at 300 lbs of fat either. As with all things it's about discipline and balance in equal measure.
I'm no health expert, but from what I hear it has more to do with overall body fat, as opposed to actually targetting your stomach area.
Running and stairmasters will cut down your overall body fat and build your core.
Judging by your picture, you don't have a whole lot to lose before you're at your target weight
Getting abs may make your boobs look saggier than they already are. For only having to me what looks like C cups.. they shouldn’t sag THAT much. It they were like double D or bigger I would understand. So yeah a flat stomach might make them appear more droopy. It would just be an illusion though so your choice.. I suggest HIIT workouts if you want to really start shredding body fat and getting a defined core

Are you sure you’re measuring right? I mean you’re a tiny girl so it’s hard to imagine you could naturally have double D.. plus Asian genes which to me makes it more unlikely. I am a trainer though and have worked with fitness completions for 18-24 year old women. If interested just let me know.. I don’t have the time for the 5 day a week that I normally do but I can do one a few days online with you and just show you how to proceed on your own for the remainder of the 45 day plan which does give a lot of results
you already have abs. you just have to reduce your body fat untill they show. which for some people is easier and for some it's more difficult, cause you can not choose what part of your body fat is metabolized first. like even if you do only arm exercise, your body might be genetically programmed to burn leg fat first so your legs end up looking more "shredded" despite you working out your arms only.
You already had them since birth. You really meant is muscle toning.
You think they are visible?
%80 of it is a good diet and %20 of it is a good work-out.
Lower your carbs, cut sugar as much as you can and don't eat fast food. Do your abs exercises at least 2 day in week minimum between 15-20 reps then you fine.
Keep doing the same, just add repetitions and resistance, as long as it feels like a work out, it's doing something.

Working out abs and a lower body fat will show it. You look fine as is. Don't worry about it.

When you workout your muscles in an effected area swell. That's absolutely normal then when you eat you relax and abs disappear yet tightenting your stomach all day long

That sounds like "morning tightness". They'd go away later in the day even if you didn't eat.
There are two things. The first being that you have enough muscle mass and the second having a low enough body fat percentage for it to be visible.
Do exercises like crunches, pull ups, Russian twists, leg raises, plank, mountain climbers etc. They should help. But they may take time depending on your body.

Eating right and working Hard, a little just won't do.
Try checking out an ab workout by a guy who calls himself thenex. Try to incorporate part of his regime into your workout every two to three days.
Doing ab workouts only goes so far, genetics plays a large part in how defined to they will be.
Just keep working hard and do ab work outs as extras, but why do u want abs 😭
Abs are so brutal to get. I'm working on them now. I'm in the same boat as you. Can see them in the morning gone by the evening

Cut out sugars and all complex carbs. All that retained fat from them is hiding the muscles you have.
Core workouts. Situps, leg lifts, scissors, v-ups, etc.

I haven't seen many Asians with Abs. Maybe Bruce Lee had them.

As far as I know it requires very low fat percentage. More workouts the better of course.
