Now I'm like 100 pounds and look normal but I slightly have fat on my belly. I want to get flat abs without being too skinny.

Your ideal weight for your height is 57 kg. 43 is way too low. So you need to build extra muscle mass. This will strengthen also your abs and they will become more flat. Regarding fat: how thick is the fat layer you can take between your fingers on your stomach? With your weight, I suppose it is not thick anymore. Second thing you have to keep in mind is: low fat = small breasts. For a female a fat content of 25% is very normal and not unhealthy. With enough muscle content, you will toned, but with female curves. If you go lower, you will start looking more muscular and your abs will come through, but you will loose beast size too.
Ok well that's very hard. You can't naturally have big boobs if you workout so much. I'm only a 32b. Boobs on fat girls is the same as abs on skinny guys. You don't need to be 43g to have a flat stomach. I'm 58 kg. I think you need to do cardio and tone. Do cardio to get rid of some fat first, then tone tone tone!

Sorry to burst ur bubble but that girl in the pic just got genetically gifted and probably just looks like that without trying. Post a pic of your body and let's see what your working with, that's the only way I can give u some great advice. The girl in the pic probably watches her carbs to avoid over spill in her stomach and keep it flat and sexy through the day

It's ideal. So if you don't exercise for a while whether due to life/injury/just got lazy you don't go back to looking skinny fat and or balloon up into a whale.
I'm surrounded by women that look like this a lot since my mom and her friends compete in bikini bodybuilding, fit woman are so beautiful in person

You need a little bit of muscle mass as well in order not to look bony. I would say you look good anyway.
You don't have a slightly fatty tummy. You are good! Beautiful body.
You look good enough, just need a little tummy. I suggest do some bicycle sit ups.
