I'm vegan. I don't consider meat eaters monsters. when I first stopped eating meat I got into that whole radical "meat is murder" nonsense and then because I love biology and from watching a lot of nature shows seeing animals killing one snother for food, I got over that... I'm not against anyone eating meat. I do however have a serious issue with the way most meat is obtained. I'm still very much against animal cruelty and typical farming and slaughter practices. I support free range farming and hope it becomes and bigger thing (without the unnecassary cost increase most those farmers/suppliers implement). (:

I really don't give a shit what vegetarians think, because I don't hang out with the types that have a holier than thou attitude.

In fact, I've never personally met a vegetarian who was such because they thought eating meat was cruel.
A girl I know doesn't eat meat because she doesn't like the flavour and doesn't give a rat's behind about animals.
The vast majority of others I met did it as a fad, as if meat eating is super unhealthy, which I find laughable.

I'd hate to have a preachy vegetarian for a friend, who expects everyone to accommodate them. The friendship would not last very long.

Not monsters, but I'm sure that *some* vegetarians believe that indiscriminate carnivores are a little ignorant.  Personally, I think there's a little bit of ignorance going on in both camps.

I don't think meat eaters are monsters. I just think some meat eaters are preachy and annoying as fuck. Honestly, if they see me order without meat, they make a bigger fuss than me. So now I just say I'm allergic to whatever meat so they can shut their dumbass mouth up and I can enjoy my meal in peace.
And what is with the "mmmmm bacon" all the time? Lol For real. Some meat eaters get on my last nerves and I have to tell them to shut the fuck up.

I really personally don't care whether a oozes to eat meat or not. It's just my personally preference to not eat meat, but I have no issue with others doing so. It depends on the person
