Why do I keep needing to wake up to use the bathroom?

Plus I'm always tired and falling asleep and I feel like waking up to use the bathroom doesn't help

Do you drink a lot of water or any other beverage 2 hours before bed? You may just have a small bladder and by drinking before bed, you are creating a need to pee in the middle of the night. If there are other symptoms, like the need to go so bad it wakes you but when you try, nothing happens then you should talk to a doctor

I always avoid it because I know that can do it. And I've noticed that I started having frequent urination during the day too. At least the day part, it seems like my bladder won't hold much anymore. I don't know about the night part.

Do you drink a lot of fluid during the day?
That could be the reason why.
Try not to drink at all two hours before sleep

I never drink enough water, but when I try to I try to make it so that it's not a lot close to bedtime

Ok. If it is frequent urination, this may be a sign that you are diabetic... especially if this is accompanied by frequent thirst...

Ooh. I've gotten it here and there in the last couple months but now it's becoming every day and it's super annoying and frustrating

I do the same thing but I don't mind it. You may be drinking something that makes you have to pee a lot.

Stress, diabetes, stop drinking so much fluids before bed, maybe you need to poop more.

I don't drink a lot before bed. It's frequent urination. I haven't had anything with diabetes, and stress.. I haven't been that stressed lately. I'm at a good time.

I try not to and I keep that in mind. If I don't drink enough water soon enough then I just stop and be done for the day. I also dont drink soda at night like I used to.
