Listen up, everyone. You do not simply choose where you want to burn fat. When you burn fat your body burns it everywhere. Sadly your lower stomache is the last place people typically lose weight. Your face is generally the first. Doing abb workouts will strengthen your muscles but not "target fat" To lose fat you have to be in a caloric deficit. Meaning burning more calories than taking in. Just a side note, walking is better for fat burning then running. Less strenuous cardio is better then high intense cardio for that purpose. Why do you think body builders walk.. exactley
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but have you ever heard someone say "you can't spot reduced" what they mean is you can't just get rid of something on your body without making overall change. What you have to do is lower your bodyfat level. Do more cardio and eat low carb, you might also want to buy a good fat burner to help you lose some body fat. The lower stomach and love handles are the last part of fat to burn! And don't forget to work and 3 times a week

Not really a specific exercise other than intense cardio and lower ab exercises, try leg raises on the captains chair
Just give it time and work hard at it, after about 12 weeks you should see some major results

leg lifts, hanging leg raises, plank. Biking up-hill is also a god-send, bonus being that it'll work your legs like crazy at the same time.
You can't spot reduce. Your body decides where to gain and lose fat.

I've been told that a combination of cardio, anything from walking, swimming, running, and plyometric exercises (mountain climbers, burpees, speed skaters).
