Do you get cold or warm hands in winter?

My hands are almost always cold no matter what. Not enough blood flowing through them maybe. I sometimes have to do hand exercises to warm them. Like, make hard fists for a few seconds, make weird movements with my fingers, that kind of stuff.

hahaa if its like 40 degree temperature outside then I can get cold but my body will try to warm itself up.

I know a teenager from England in archery club , she turns into a nuclear reactor in winter. We would all rush to touch her to warm up our hands.

Well not just that. She is a survivor in winter than the rest of us. She wasn't biggie big or huge. She s normal and thin like me. I see it as a gift really!! She adapts well to the cold.

that's freakin awesome. bigger people are more tolerant too cold, the fat helps keep their body temperature stable from sudden outside change. I don't mind getting cold but I freakin hate it when I get too hot lol. unless im at the beach and there is cool shores right next to me.. but then again.. I have to run across the hot burning sand!

My hands stay warm generally even in winter. Often my hands are pretty warm. A girl I worked with use to comment about how warm my hands are.

some times i feel my hands hot in winter, and some times i feel them cold, i do not know what make me feel hot, may be some kind of food, or may be it's when i practice sport hard

It depends if its really cold then cold if its just a bit cold they are still warm.

sort of. no.. depending on what I eat (especially how much salt is added) and exercise, sleep, stress levels, etc it rises slightly.
