Your face probably lost the weight around your cheeks and chin so your lips look bigger compared to your thinner face. I would guess that your lips were always the same size.
Maybe when you lost weight your face thinned down as well making your lips look bigger

Because the rest of your face is slimmer so you're lips are now more prominent.
