B is not big. I have B. Its a lovely size, certainly if you sport a lot. And as said by @spuitkaas, it follows the alphabet. A is small, D is big. the letter stands for the boob size. The number is the circumference of your chest below your boob, so has nothing to do with boob size.

I really don't know anything about boob sizes. I just asked my mom because I thought my boobs are way too big. C and D are smaller or bigger?

It really follows the alphabet. AA is smallest and how further you come in the alphabet, how bigger. In America, cup E often gets indicated by cup DD.
Then you have the ribcage sizes. That's what 32, 34, 36 etc. Stands for. Size 30 is the smallest.
