I want thinner calves! :) Help if you can?

So I've been trying to make healthy food choices since September and I've lost about 20 pounds, but I have a major insecurity with my ankles/calves. They've always been the biggest part of my body and just to clarify I'm of average build but have been trying to lose weight just to feel better about myself :) I might be exaggerating but I feel like they're the size of my thighs! Any suggestions on how to get slimmer calves? It's literally the most frustrating thing and impacts my overall body image in such a negative way. I'd really appreciate any suggestions that would help with slimmer calves
