I absolutely love hiking so over the years my calf muscles have grown a lot, to the point that I now can't wear knee high boots cause I can't zip them up. A tragedy, I know. I have cut back on hiking unintentionally due to busy schedules (I mean they look awesome when I flex) and I want to slim them down just a tiny bit. I know it's not a quick fix but still some tips would be nice!
I also gain muscle weirdly easily which is a blessing and a curse, I do yoga so stretching is a daily must.
