White rice or Brown rice?

Either. I like white a bit better though since it's more versatile and absorbs sauce better. I eat brown when I feel like eating healthier.

Depends. I'll eat white rice on a cheat day. I prefer wild rice over brown tho if I'm gonna eat it any other time.
