How can I get abs in a week?

You cannot. There are two things about abs. First is the muscle. Maybe you already have them, otherwise its exercise. Second is making them visible. All females with a nice sixpack also have very low fat. The fat layer hides the abs more or less. But if you train low fat, accept that your boobs will also disappear. So its a balance between femininity and how much muscle do I want to show.

Unless you are young and have an AMAZING metabolism - this is IMPOSSIBLE. IN fact even if you had an amazing metaoblism it would still be impossible. You might be able to do it in 6 - 8 weeks but not in one week.
