I dont think there is any way to mix safe and really fast. It can be possible to reduce any bloating though relatively quickly (a few days). Drink water for a start - if your body is dehydrated it clings to any water you drink and that makes you bloated. If you drink enough - 6 glasses a day it doesn't have to. Equally, fasting for long periods will put your body in survival mode so dont do that. Small regular meal are better than large infrequent meals. Cutting out fizzy drinks can really help with bloating. Soups are a good meal for lunch. Just make sure they dont have a lot of added salt - that goes for all other foods. It causes bloating. Best way is to try and eat whole natural foods - cut out the chemicals and processed stuff. Juicing can be great - just make sure they're 100% natural and not from concentrate. Reduce caffeine if you can - peppermint tea is great to calm your stomach. Cut out the processed stuff - eat what nature intended - but that includes protein, egg fish lean meat, and also Carbs - just go for brown bread over white, etc. Don;t cut out any major food groups - they are a major food group for a reason. I said about drinking water - but try and avoid drinking for twenty mins before a meal and twenty mins after. A lot of people make the msitake of eating and drinking at the smae time. Sip don't slurp. Light cardio - a bit of jogging and pilates will do wonders to flatten the stomach in a short period of time. Deep breathing is very good - ie from the stomach not the chest - try for twenty mins before sleep while lying in bed. Hope it goes ok for her - but PLEASE be safe. No dresss is worth her health - I have friends who have reacted to diet pills. Not worth it and they dont even work. Trust me - I'm a dancer. There are no magic tricks - but if you do the above you will notice a difference in a few days and feel so much better. Fasting and calorie restircting will just cause bloating - so it really isn't a quick fix.

I have a friend who's a boxer, and when she needs to lose weight really fast a few weeks before a game -because otherwise she falls in a different weight class and such- she does this "soup diet" It's mostly just drinking soup and water and nothing else (you can find it on google)

It is a crash diet and you shouldn't do it for a long period of time.
It takes time to lose weight, and in most cases, if people are able to "lose weight really fast", they are more than likely to regain the weight "really fast". Calories are the main thing that is keeping us the weight we have, and we gain/lose weight/fat when there is a calorie deficit: The difference between the amount of calorie intake and the amount of calories you burned (amount of calories burned minus caloric intake) should not be more than 1,000/day; where 500/day is recommended and was claimed as the safest way to lose weight. If calorie deficit is too high (over 1,000), your body will automatically be in "survival mode", where body will then be automatically restore fat and calories. This is why it is not a fast or easy thing to lose weight, but cardio exercise really helps, especially if you do intervals (fast, slow, fast or however you feel like).

Lots and lots of cardio. About 7 hours of cardio will burn 3,500 calories which would cause them to lose one pound. That person could lose 7 pounds if they did that most of the week lol.

Google "the cabbage soup diet". It's a crash diet if you want to lose a few lbs in a week. But WARNING! Like all crash diets, it's not meant to be done over a period of time that's longer than what the diet recommends.
"Really fast" and safe don't really mix. On top of that, when people choose fad diets what ends up happening is that the diet's only temporary then they go off the diet and gain back everything and more.
Why would you buy a dress that doesn't even fit? There's no way you can lose weight "really fast" without being super unhealthy. Most likely won't be able to fit in it in time, either. Buy the right size next time.
Catch the flu. May not be the healthiest option , but you lose weight quick.

I don't think there is any safe&healthy way to loose weight fast. It needs time and patience with tight gym, diet.
Yogurt and salad nothing else. And drink plenty of water. The week before prom I ate nothing but yogurt and salad and I was able to fit into my dress
Exercise and eat healthy but obviously thats the slow way, maybe ask your doctor about safe diets, maybe a cleanse or a cabage soup diet, you loose a lot of water weight by those but good luck!
