Does anyone knows any medicine I can take that doesn't require a prescription?
Well depression is fiddly, you'll need to find a bunch of things to give your life meaning, mine was gaming, music and a bunch of other things.
Panic attacks and Anxiety are more mental issues, but I've never experienced them so I can't really say, and I don't believe there is any medication that I know of that you can take without a prescription.
Comedy and exercise.
Close supportive group of friends help too.
Started sports again yesterday and it's actually helping me! thanks :)
Well doing things you enjoy, having a support group, working out, breathing techniques and eating healthy help those things. Also getting enough sleep.
