How to know if my hair thinning or falling out, I'm confused?

see a dermatologist, they will know what to do, hair thinning in females is more likely to some external stimuli like stress or diet and not necessarily permanent, but derms can give very effective info to stop and reverse it, too bad it does not apply so for men all the time

There was a moment when i did notice my hair was falling out easily but thats been months ago, but not a bunch of hair, my hair when i grab it all it feels less and on my right side it look less hair than my right I don't know im confused

Hmm well sometimes I lose a lot of hair due to changing seasons and how much I'm brushing it etc. if it keeps getting thinner I'd ask a dermatologist:)
