Cleanses only lose water weight which comes back in a matter of days. Basically there is no way of losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time that doesn't either a) come at a huge price to your health, or b) keeps the weight off. You need to accept that the process will take time and you have to be patient about it. If you're not willing to then frankly you're only going to end up embarrassing yourself or worse.

HIIT. This is probably the fastest in terms of workouts. The basic principle on diets is to burn more calories than u eat so ur bosy has to get te extra calories from ur fat stores.
It's all about the food, do research and sort out your daily meals (type of good, portions and timing)
cleansing tea, lots of water, lots of cardio... lots and lots... and don't lift weights

i have lost 130 pounds in the past by starving myself and walk a lot basically... wrong method... although i came successful!
If you want the fastest way to lose weight and become fit then just close your eyes and imagine yourself looking fit and sexy... hhhahahah lolol 😂
Run a few miles every single day. Don't let yourself skip. If you skip once, you are ten times as likely to skip again. Don't give up. Eat fewer carbs. Also, drink lots of water. It will actually get rid of excess water in your body.
You can lose a few pounds on a juice cleanse, but you can only do it for a few days (a week max).

Try eating less and eat healthy foods like, salads.
Making ur meals lighter with exercise is the best way; make ur dishes smaller, and run/walk everyday, your body will be slimmer and fitter ;)
