Can anyone give me any ideas what is causing my girlfriend pain?

for as long as i can remember time to time right before bed or during my girlfriend wakes up crying and screaming that her foot hurts, or her body is itching or that every single noise or touch hurts her, it doesn't happen every night but when it does its so scary and sad bc she is in so much pain and the doctors look at her like she's crazy bc they can't find whats wrong with her but with her foot she complains its like half alseep and pulsing and it drives her insane to the point she sometimes yells to chop it off while in tears. as for the body itching its so weird certain fabrics even the one she's like some nights she cannot get comfortable and her body aches and itches, other nights if im cuddling her she can't take it and she genuinely loves me and enjoys cuddling but there's times throughout the year where she can't stand it it actually feels like im burning her sometimes she says and other times its just a noise like even silence or me rubbing her hair or a quick swallow hurts her head or her own body sounds she says she can hear amost every sound in her body at once and it frustrates her, i know she isn't lying and i know there are possiblities of these being actual things people face and its sad bc it causes so much pain and she can't control it and when she trys to it just ends up to her thinking about it or a lot ot trying to not think about it a lot and its like a mental fight with herself and i just need answers or where to look etc . i want to try to help her.

It sounds a little like fibromyalgia. But I'm no doctor. My grandma has had these issues for many, many, many years so it's not just an old person thing. Also could be a mixture of something like that, a physical illness, and anxiety. Anxiety from not knowing what's wrong. Sometimes even when you don't realize it, your mind can make everything a million times worse. I'm sorry she's having to deal with all that! I know how awful it is to have an undiagnosed illness and how hateful doctors can be about things that can't be seen. Hopefully you guys can get it figured out. You're a good boy friend! I have no idea what could by going on but to help with the doctors I'd suggest writing down all the symptoms and the pain on a scale of one to ten, when it happens. Give the date, the time, what was going on at the time the pain started. That sort of thing.

Outside this sort of behaviour, is she normally someone that kinda begs for attention a lot?

not at all, I really think there is something wrong. she would never do something like that for attention and if you saw what I witnessed she's actually in pain.

its throughout the year though she has had a few accidents so im wondering this accident when she hit her head and broke a few bones could've caused it doctors haven't done any brain or head trauma scans and it worries me bc she fell 6ft and cracked her had and all they did was clean and stitch it up

Yikes, a 6ft fall isn't nothing. You should definitely see a doc and insist on getting that looked at. If it's not a psychological thing then really the only other explanation I can think of is some sort of brain damage.

It kinda reminds me of this other thing which I forgot the name of, many famous painters have/had it. They are born with their brain kinda wired wrong, causing them to hear colours and see sounds, because their senses are messed up.

She needs to keep seeing her GP for tests or get a second opinion. The foot thing sounds like restless leg syndrome. But I think there's a lot more to it then that. You can help her by supporting her to keep going back to the doctors.
