Girls, is it true that men get more lower back pain then women?

i have heard this thing from quite a few doctors and therapists... they say men come with lower back problems more and women mostly come for upper back pain
i myself have lower back problems thus i wanted to know... a lot of my therapists also says that men have a lot of tension mostly in the lower back whereas women get tension mostly i the upper back.
So is the case for me and my eife as well... she gets neck and upperback pain C5/C6 to T3/T4 whereas I get lower back pain L4/L5 to S3/S4

I usually do not have upper back pain.. It's always my lower back that kills me. Between having boobs, bending over to pick up my niece's toys that are all over the place, running after my niece, monthly issues, accidentally sleeping in the wrong position.. I mean it is always my lower back. I can't even sit in a straight back chair for long periods of time without my lower back hurting. And I might as well forget about bar stools or chairs with low backs/no back...

either ways ways i always get lower back pain whereas my wife gets upper back pain... she has in fact never got lower back problems but i have a bad lower back pain almost all the time

I think men get it more from what they chose to do. Lifting weights, jobs that require physical labor
Women get it from being women. Period back aches, back aches from boobs, back aches while being pregnant and after the birth.

Guys who lift weights a lot and do manual labor jobs seem to have more back issues.

Girls seem to get it more from our lady issues.
