Im currently doing this routine X3 with 2 min pause in between each set:
Can i do this everyday?
Its like every muscle indeed. If you train them until collapse, you need at least a days rest for recuperation. If you train lighter, you can do daily. But as @Takada says: once you reach saturation with a certain excercise, you need to go heavier. Question is also what do you want: strong abs or visible abs, or both. Strong abs is exercising, visible abs is training fat down until you see the muscle. But remember, training fat down is also training boobs and curves down.
You're not supposed to work through intense physical pain. If you need to let your muscles rest, then take a rest day.
I personally work out every day, but take a week-long break for when I have my period. When I first started working out, I eased myself in to build my endurance to the work out :)
hope this helps!
Yep , every day is better, varied exercise type is better, short bursts rather than long drawn out exercises is better. Look here

Yes, but it's kind of pointless. Only up to a certain amount of exercise is effective for muscle growth. Exercising more than that won't make your muscles grow quicker. It's just not physically possible. Furthermore, the exercises in that video won't get you abs even if you do them every day. They're just too easy on your body. If you can do 10 reps in a set, then it's not difficult enough and won't stimulate muscle growth. Women don't grow muscles easily, so this routine won't do anything.
Yes you can. In fact the abs are one muscle group which should be trained more regular than other muscles. Abs should be trained at the very least 4 times a week. This way it builds muscle and reduces fat. You can see quicker results this way as well as maintaining a flat stomach with muscle definition
If they're really are I go every other day because I use heavy weights.
But don't do the same thing everyday. Your body has muscle memory so the more you do the same thing it becomes easier and less effective. So try mixing up up every week day
You can but I've gotten better results if you only work em twice a week on Monday and Tuesday I work em on both days to complete and utter exhaustion and failure and I've already started forming a 6 pack.
yeah i have an ab swing and i love it. i use that everyday and i dont rest lol. it's not one of that exercises that overwork ur abs so i dont feel the need to rest, but it gives great results.
There really is no need to train abs that often. You can get quality ab work outs without actually doing an ab workout.
Let your muscles recover, abs are more about diet too
Build a strong core. For ju-jitsu thats all we did was abs for workouts.
