Dude im 6'1 155lb and for a 6'1 guy in the military 130lb is way too low. I advice you do pushups and lift weights while eating more red meat, fish and drink more calcium.

That was how much I weighed before I started working out. You're very scrawny. Get in the weight room, work your ass off and eat like a horse.
