So I'm 5'9" and I'm 161 lbs exact. I wanna lose 15-20 this summer and was wondering what are the best exercises I can do along with cardio. As of now, I spend an hour on the treadmill on 4.5 speed and 12.0 incline because I suck at running. I feel like I'm gonna die if I don't stop. I have no stamina whatsoever. I also spend 15 minutes on the stairmaster. And that sums up my cardio at the gym with no further exercises. I hate going to the weightlifting section because I'm extremely self conscious and hate making eye contact with beautiful strong men. I feel so unfit in front of those type of people. Anyway, can someone suggest some good ways for me to lose weight?
