It's impossible to lose body fat from a specific body part. How you look with or without excessive fat is purely down to genetics. If you want to lose weight in a certain spot, then you'll need to lose it everywhere. I always get asked (I'm a personal trainer) to help people burn off certain body parts, and my response is always the same.

go to www.maxworkouts.com and read their info. Don't buy his system, there is enough info on the site. Make sure you look at his video for women and look at his diet. It is the best way to go but it is different than traditional exercises and works MUCH faster.

It is incredible what a difference it makes switching to a "burst mode" of exercising. Also working varied muscle groups. Listen to Shin's site. He has such good advice.

It's very hard to spot reduce, meaning it's hard to just focus in on one part of your body and only lose weight there. Running is good but if you want to tone up you should also do leg workouts. I found a good one that includes plié squats, leg swings, and leg lifts. Leg machines at the gym can work too. :)

cut carbs and sugar, cardio (recommendation: HIIT routines), caloric deficit to lose body fat holistically throughout ur entire body b/c u can't spot reduce (cant just lose fat in your legs, doesn't work that way).

specific thigh exercises to focus on: Squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, stairs/yoga/biking

Assuming your thighs' size comes from fat and not solid muscle, there isn't much you can do aside from continue with fat loss. You can't spot burn. It disappears from all over your body and not necessarily at the same rates all over.

yeah, if you watch your nutrition, as in go easy on the carbs and protein, plus the cardio which will burn your muscle and fat, then you''ll be getting smaller overall.
